Room Features

Two Large Conference Spaces

The focal point of the first-floor conference room is the digital video wall that unites spectacular colors and gives superior image quality. Full duplex video and audio conferencing and live and on-demand event streaming is easily accomplished with the in-ceiling and wall-mounted high-definition cameras and loudspeakers.

The recently opened additional main conference room on the building’s 4th floor offers state-of-the-art conference space including panoramic views, a built-in digital video wall with superior image quality, and four wall-mounted 70” TVs. Full duplex video and audio conference and live- and on-demand event streaming is easily accomplished with the built-in high-definition cameras and loudspeakers.
 

Pre-Function Rooms

The focal point of the pre-function room is the 16' x 4' interactive digital video wall. The in-ceiling loudspeakers and video cameras allow for full duplex video conferencing and live streaming. If used as an overflow area, the wall can include a live video feed from the Main conference room along with the data being displayed.

The fourth floor also offers lounge seating and gathering areas perfect for small group working teams and breakout sessions from the larger conference space. In addition to the breakout spaces on the 4th floor – the first floor also offers a smaller breakout lounge with comfortable chairs and side tables; this corner room is perfect to use for a casual meeting, as a small breakout or as a holding room. The room features a mounted 70" display, in ceiling loudspeakers and two walls of windows.
 

Boardroom style conference spaces

The building also offers five additional boardroom style conference spaces that seat 12-14 people all with built-in connectivity for audio, video, and internet. All include large wall mounted displays, in-ceiling loudspeakers and video cameras to support full duplex video conferencing.
